The 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held on 15 June 2023 at Bank’s Corporate Head Office, Dhaka. The Bank has declared 7% cash dividend for the year 2022. Mr. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting. Among others Vice Chairmen Mr. Golam Kabir & Mr. Mohammad Jamil Iqbal, Chairman of the Executive Committee Mr. Ali Ahmed, Chairman of the Risk Management committee Mr. Khandakar Ruhul Amin, Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Md. Motior Rahman and other members of the Board of Directors & Shareholders, Managing Director & CEO Mr. Mamoon Mahmood Shah also attended the meeting. Some directors & shareholders were present physically while others attended virtually.
