The 9th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NRB Bank Limited was held on 21 July 2022 at Bank’s Corporate Head Office, Dhaka. The Bank has declared a 5% cash dividend for the year 2021. Mr. Mohammed Mahtabur Rahman, Chairman of the Bank presided over the meeting. Among others Vice Chairman Mr. Tateyama Kabir, Chairman of Executive Committee Mr. Ali Ahmed, Chairman of Risk Management committee Mr. Khandakar Ruhul Amin, Chairman of Audit Committee Mr. Md. Motior Rahman and other members of the Board of Directors & Shareholders, Managing Director & CEO Mr. Mamoon Mahmood Shah and Advisor Mr. Md. Mukhter Hossain also attended the meeting.

Due to Covid-19, some directors & shareholders were present physically through following proper hygienic rules while others attended virtually.
